I am an avid bodybuilder. The problem with bodybuilding is that if you have extensively sculpted your muscles to perfection people may think you are weird or that you are a freak. Who would want to be trained by a fitness instructor that has flabby arms and a big beer belly? If you are a personal or fitness trainer you sell yourself. How you carry yourself is very important. The phrase “first impressions last” is true to this business. How you present yourself is a main factor especially if you are a woman. This business is very competitive and this line of work are dominated by men for me to have a say on things is very hard. I have to maintain my physique and always take care of my diet.
